Ottawa Open Source Networking Meetup

The Ottawa Open Source Networking Meetup consists of presentations from representatives in the tech industry, as well as a mingling period to meet and interact with professionals from the ICT Sector! Enjoy pizza and drinks while discussing topics such as Software Defined Networking, Network Architecture, NFV, Data Center Networking and Design Openflow, Network Engineering, OpenDaylight, or Cloud Computing Virtualization.
Raymond Maika (https://www.linkedin.com/in/raymondmaika/), Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at CENGN, will explore the question ‘How does OpenContrail work as a CNI plugin and how does OpenContrail differ from other CNI plugins?’
Ragu Masilamany (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ragumasilamany/), VP, Head of ECOMP/ONAP at Amdocs, will discuss the genesis of the Linux Foundation’s Open Network Automation Platform project, providing insights into the architecture, carrier adoption globally, and the key thrusts of the platform.
Mike Elliott, ONAP SW architect at Amdocs and Mandeep Khinda (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mandeep-khinda-1a875128/), Senior Software Developer will conduct a demo of an ONAP deployment using Kubernetes, highlighting the ONAP operations manager project. This will show a complete ONAP platform deployment in 7 minutes!
